The Execution History shows a complete record of all your workflow runs, making it the central place for tracking, debugging, and auditing your automations.
π What It Shows
For each run, the history provides:
- Workflow & Workbook β The name of the automation and its linked workbook.
- Status β Whether the run was successful (COMPLETED) or failed.
- Timestamps β Exact start and completion times.
- Duration β How long the workflow took to finish.
- Subflows β Any linked sub-flow runs (shown in the details panel; empty if none were executed).
π‘ Example: In the history view, you might see runs like Main β Lead Generation or Reddit Niche Analysis, each with status, timestamps, and duration. The details panel shows deeper logs, including subflows.

Best Practices
- Filter by State β Use the dropdown filter to quickly find failed runs or only review completed ones.
- Check Duration β Spot performance issues by reviewing execution times.
- Debug with Details β Click a run to see full details like start/end times and subflow logs.
- Log Retention β Regularly export important records and clear out older ones to manage storage and costs.
